Build and scale the core platform that healthcare operations teams rely on daily. You'll work across the stack — React frontend, Node services, and PostgreSQL — shipping features that handle case lifecycle management, compliance tracking, and audit trail generation for regulated environments.
Own the infrastructure that runs HIPAA-regulated workloads. Design and maintain our cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, and security controls. You'll ensure our systems meet the uptime and compliance requirements that federal healthcare clients expect.
Develop NLP models that extract structured data from unstructured healthcare documents — provider applications, compliance correspondence, and regulatory filings. Your models will automate case classification, flag missing documentation, and reduce manual review time across thousands of concurrent cases.
Integrate large language models into production healthcare workflows with appropriate safety guardrails. Build AI-assisted features for case summarization, regulatory deadline interpretation, and anomaly detection — all within a HIPAA-compliant architecture.
Partner with healthcare operations teams to drive platform adoption and ensure they get measurable value from Casemend. You'll manage onboarding for new clients, run quarterly business reviews, and work closely with product to relay what the people doing the actual case work need most.
Sell Casemend to healthcare payers, Medicare Administrative Contractors, and state Medicaid agencies. You'll run complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders — operations leads, compliance officers, and IT teams — in organizations that process tens of thousands of cases annually.
Lead Casemend's engagement with federal and state healthcare agencies. Build relationships with CMS, state Medicaid directors, and congressional staff working on healthcare policy. Shape our positioning within the federal health IT ecosystem and identify procurement opportunities.
Track and analyze federal healthcare regulations, proposed rules, and policy changes that affect case management and compliance workflows. Translate regulatory developments into product requirements and help our clients understand how new CMS guidance impacts their operations.
