Enterprise Account Executive

About this role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll sell Casemend to the healthcare organizations that need it most — payers, Medicare Administrative Contractors, state Medicaid agencies, and large provider groups managing complex case workflows. These are long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders who care about compliance, operational efficiency, and regulatory risk. You'll need to understand the problems our platform solves at a deep enough level to have credible conversations with operations directors and compliance officers.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close for healthcare operations organizations
  • Build relationships with operations leaders, compliance officers, and IT decision-makers at target accounts
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to specific operational pain points
  • Navigate complex procurement processes including RFP responses and security/compliance reviews
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop account-based strategies for high-value healthcare organizations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in the CRM

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with deal sizes of $100K+ ARR
  • Experience selling to healthcare payers, government healthcare agencies, or heavily regulated industries
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales environment
  • Understanding of enterprise procurement processes, including government contracting and RFP responses
  • Strong discovery and presentation skills — you ask better questions than your competitors
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Washington, DC metro area
